Right of Withdrawal

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have a legal right to cancel your order and receive a refund within a set period after delivery, without giving a reason.

1. Withdrawal period

Where applicable under the State of Wyoming, USA, you have 14 days from the day you (or someone you designate) receives the goods to notify us of your decision to withdraw.

2. How to exercise this right

Notify us in writing at support@fitrelax.store before the withdrawal period ends. You do not need to give a reason.

3. Returning the goods

You must send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

4. Refund

We will refund your payment, including standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that they've been sent back, whichever is earlier.

5. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized items, perishable goods, or items that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
